The main focus of my paintings has been people, objects in new perspectives, and images from nature, using photography as well as live models for my reference. In my paintings, I strive to capture simple, emotional moments that capture the essence of time and place in order to evoke an emotional response in the viewer. For my inspiration I look to Norman Rockwell, and Richard Schmid, but I continue to develop my own style and color palette.
